Permitting & Site Plan

BHWP consultant Mitch Rasor has been working closely with both the Maine DEP and the town of Boothbay Harbor to clarify and resolve remaining permitting issues. While a few issues regarding future park "uses" remain unresolved, the BHWP board is pleased with both Mitch's progress and the general strong support of the Planning Board. Demolition is scheduled to begin in early June. We hope to have site plan approval and to start construction shortly thereafter!  Please see our "Master Plan" below.

Property specs:

Park property is .84 acres.Lot coverage / impermeable surface of 98% will be reduced to 55% (resulting in 45% open space).37 parking spaces with 14 overflow for a total of 51 spaces planned.
